The absence of brushes and slip ring yields the highest reliability for heavy duty applications.Brushes and slip rings are subject to frequent wear and to frequent replacement;therefore,their elimination extends the service life.This unique design also eliminates arcing caused by brushes and therefore reduces electromagnetic interference (EMI).
